Bottle Cutter

Description:

Adjustable cutter to score line on round bottles. Both cutter and bearing rollers’ positions are interchangeable by removing wing screws.

Instructions:

1. Mark a spot on the edge of the bottle as starting point.
2. Place the safety plastic hand guard on the bottle and press firmly downwards while rotating over the roller cutter. The spring  cutter will self adjust for the consistent scoring over any uneven bottle surface.
3. Turn the bottle neck one complete revolution until the starting spot completes a full circle clean score.
4. Over a candle flame on the score line rotate for even heating for 2-3 minutes. Immediately submerge bottle into a bucket of ice water. Reheat and repeat  if necessary.
5. Lightly sandpaper cut edges.

Maintenance:

Oil with light paraffin oil on carbide roller cutter and conceal retractable spring. Same oiling on  roller bearings .
