Description

Thickening Medium, when mixed with acrylic paints, yields a thick, dimensional texture paint for creating designs such as fish scales, flowers, mountains, water effects. Mix medium with paint appropriate for the surface. Adding fillers like colloidal silica to thicken acrylics paints will retain texture instead of drying shrinkages. Conduct trial test to determine amount added.

Application Methods:

Mix 1:1 with acrylic paint. Apply with brush or palette knife. Does not change paint color. Let dry overnight.
