Return & Refund Policy
We ensure all goods are checked and in original manufacturer’s condition upon despatch. Kindly email to firstname.lastname@example.org with photographs or contact us before returning item in original packing to store with original receipt within 2 days upon receipt of goods for evaluation should a problem be encountered and we will endeavour to resolve issue upon due investigation either in goods’ replacement or cash refund to bank account.
No exchange or return of goods upon checkout except wrong despatch by Multifilla.
Electrical items e.g. motors/control circuits are tested by manufacturer. Operations are to manufacturer’s instructions. No warranty on computer parts due to power surge and mis-use.
