Various accessories like sanding belts, discs in different grits, polishing and buffing wheels are interchangeable on this mini sander.
Stainless steel 201 body is fitted with a 24v DC motor powered by 110-240v. Input 1.8a maximum. DC 12v – 24v. Output speed 4500 – 9000rpm. The motor operates on a variable 7 speed adaptor with forward and reverse switch. Quiet motor operation. A squirt of graphite powder dry lubricant even further reduces belt rotation drag sound.
The sanding belt 30mm x 330mm is mounted on sealed ball bearings with a self adjusting tension spring. The work table tool rest is adjustable to 45 degree tilt useful in knife and tool sharpening. The powerful 775 motor can fit 2″/50mm sanding disc, polishing cloth wheel or a stiff buffing wheel. Included 60 pieces assorted 50mm sanding discs mesh # 100 to #2000.
In polishing the 5 cm cotton wheel using the White and grey wax and the red wax on the hard felt wheel to mirror finish.
