Wood Baren with Felt – Set of 2

Wood barren with felt in set of 2 units in diameters of 5.2cm and 6.8cm. Its firm dense felt pads exerts sufficient pressure in hand rubbing on paper over inked plate. The printing plate can be in wood, etched metal, lino or rubber. The wood barren itself is comfortable to grip in printing, buffing or sanding with sandpaper disc attached to felt pad. In buffing or polishing of hard polycarbonate or acrylic sheet, wrap microfibre cloth or polishing mate over felt pad insulated with cling wrap. Only then dose microfibre cloth with Novus plastic polish. Similarly the wood barren can be adapted for French polishing with isopropyl alcohol and dissolved shellac flakes.
