Plastic Baren – Green 10cm(dia.)

Practical item in transfer printing over inked linoleum carvings. Its numerous protruding dots closely spaced enable clear printing of minute carved details when rubbed over the rice paper. Its handle permit comfortable grip and firm transfer of hand pressure in any direction over the wooden block, etched metal or linoleum plate. Alternative use of the plastic baren creates nice little dots imprints to clay body. Application of silicon release agent to plastic baren prevent clay adhesion and clean release. It also assist smoother rubbing over rice paper in printing.
